Kevin Nash vs. Heath Slater with Special Referee Brodus Clay for the Intercontinental Championship

Heath Slater and Kevin Nash make their entrances. Slater looking as cocky as ever while Nash is rocking his signature death stare. Both men took different paths but are both standing in the same position fighting for one of the most prestigious championships wCw has to offer. wCw all stars like Randy Orton and John Cena have held this title in the past and have gone on to become mega stars in this company. The stakes have never been higher and both superstars know it. Then the music hits...




Enter Brodus Clay. The man Kevin Nash took out of the Intercontinental Title tournament and the man who Heath Slater has been trying to remove from the company. He comes out in a 5XL sized Referee Shirt while dancing with his Funkadactyls. He is grinning ear to ear as he knows he will be deciding the fate of one of these competitors - both of whom he has beef with.

As Brodus is in the ring dancing, Slater's smile quickly fades as both he and Nash realize that karma is about to come crashing down on both of them. There is almost a look of friendship shared between the two as they both know they are equally fucked.

The bell rings and Nash quickly takes control. The match quickly becomes a one sided squash match as Slater has trouble mounting any sort of offense on Big Sexy. It's not long before Brodus Clay gets bored and becomes involved in the match, striking and slamming both men when they are in a key position.

Nash gets a jack knife on Slater and goes for the pin. Clay counts incredibly slow allowing for Slater to kick out. Slater then lands a vicious Playmaker and goes for the win. Again Clay counts with Mississippi rules and Nash easily kicks out. Both men become frustrated as they both could have won under normal circumstances.

As the match progresses, Clay gets tired of petty pushing and shoving and decides to kick things up a notch. Nash hits another powerbomb on Slater and goes for the cover. Slater kicks out at two and a half. Nash stands up frustrated only to see a fat Brodus running to attempt a Fall of Humanity. Kevin Nash reverses it and throws Brodus to the mat. He picks up Slater and hits another Jackknife Powerbomb. Slater kicks out again. Nash picks up Slater’s lifeless body and hits a third Jackknife Powerbomb. Slater kicks out again! Nash slams his fists on the mat and looks pissed as fuck. He looks at Brodus who is smiling like a goof ass. Brodus then runs at the angry Nash for a Fall of Humanity and Kevin reverses it again! Nash picks up Slater and hits a FOURTH back to back jackknife powerbomb on Heath Slater.

1….2…..2.9!

HEATH SLATER KICKS OUT OF FOUR JACKKNIFE POWERBOMBS IN A ROW!!! Kevin Nash sits down in shock. He had severely underestimated Heath Slater’s heart and will to win. Nash doesn’t know what else he can do to put Slater down. Even Brodus Clay is starting to feel bad for Kevin Nash. Clay then attempts to finish off Slater himself. He starts to run to set up a Fall of Humanity when a voice comes over the speakers of the Arena.

John Laurinaitis: GET HIM OUT OF HERE. HE’S DONE!


General Manager John Laurinaitis appears on the ramp with Charles Robinson. Brodus Clay is furious as he is being kicked out of the match. Just then, Heath Slater lands a Sweetness on Kevin Nash! Slater goes for the pin but there is nobody to count as Brodus Clay is shouting at Johnny Ace.

The Funkasaurus is forced to exit the ring as the fans boo loudly at the GM. Charles Robinson gets in the ring and fairness is restored. Slater and Nash are separated to their corners and the match resumes. Nash makes a run at Slater with a big boot. Slater ducks.

SWEETNESS!

Slater rolls on top of Kevin Nash and the ref counts the pin.

DING DING DING!

THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH….AND THE NNNNNNEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWW INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION OF THE WORLD!....

THE ONE MAN BAND, HEATH SLATER!



The referee hands Slater the title and Slater raises it in the air! Then confetti starts raining down from the area in celebration for Slater’s biggest victory!

Jim Ross: HE DID IT! BAH GAWD SLATER DID IT! THE BOYHOOD DREAM HAS COME TRUE!



John Laurinaitis is standing at the stage, clapping for Slater as Val Venis runs down to the ring and hugs his best friend and tag partner. Val raises Slater’s arm in the air as tears are streaming from Slater’s face.
